Sunrise Electronics Inc. Adds atg A7 Flying Probe Test System

The atg A7, 8 head, double-sided, high speed, high accuracy flying probe test system has been ordered and installed by Sunrise Electronics Inc. of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The new acquisition will enable Sunrise Electronics to expand their capabilities for leading-edge circuit technology while continuing their tradition of investment in their quality manufacturing program.
atg’s A7 testers utilize 8 test heads (four per side), multiple optical recognition systems, and a wide variety of advanced, high-speed electrical test measurement techniques to electrically test all types of PCBs for continuity and isolation. Special options, such as, 4-wire Kelvin test, Hi-pot test, Latent defect test, and others can be provided.
