EPTAC is seeking experienced professionals from the electronics manufacturing industry to join us as Instructors. This role offers flexible part-time or full-time opportunities. Ideal candidates will have expertise in soldering, quality control, PCB design, or related fields.

Responsibilities:

• Teach IPC Certification and electronics manufacturing related courses
• Travel as needed to teach at EPTAC locations or customer sites across the U.S.
• Contribute to the development of new training programs and enhance existing courses
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to refine instructional techniques
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise use of industry tools
• Foster a positive learning environment, enforcing classroom and safety rules

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Current or past IPC Certification
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication, instructional, and organizational skills
• Practical, quick, and hands-on approach to problems
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet student needs
