Technical Sales Manager - Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Arlon Electronic Materials, a subsidiary of Elite Material Co., Ltd., is the #1 PCB laminate supplier by revenue worldwide, the #1 rigid CCL supplier, and the #1 supplier of AI data center PCB material. We are hiring a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. defense, aerospace, and high-reliability electronics market.
In this role you will generate revenue across Defense & Aerospace OEM and PCB fabricator accounts, serve as the technical liaison between customers and Arlon's engineering team, and build long-term strategic partnerships that support mission-critical programs. It is a hunter-farmer role for someone who can translate material science into customer value, with roughly 50% travel to customers and industry events.
We welcome experienced engineers and technical professionals from the PCB/PCBA industry ready to step into sales. Requirements: a BS or MS in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent technical field; 5+ years in the PCB/PCBA industry; and strong written and verbal communication. Must qualify as a U.S. Person per ITAR.
Compensation: Base $105K–$161K, with OTE of $150K–$200K+ and uncapped bonus potential.
