The PCBAA Accepts All Flex Solutions as Newest Member
July 31, 2024 | All Flex SolutionsEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Established in 2021, The Printed Circuit Board Association of America (PCBAA) is a consortium of U.S.-based companies that advocate for U.S. domestic production of printed circuit boards (PCBs), the materials they are made of, as well as the protection of their supply chain.
As technology continues to advance, PCBs will continue to serve as the backbone of microelectronics. Everything from consumer electronics to life and mission-critical systems depends on PCBs. Over the past 20 years, however, PCB production has rapidly been moved to other countries. Where the U.S. at one time produced over 26% of the world’s PCBs, we now produce 4%. The ongoing reliance of overseas production creates risk for both American businesses and national security.
The PCBAA seeks to promote an environment in which U.S.-based PCB manufacturers can thrive, a goal that All Flex Solutions aligns with as well. CEO Kevin Jackson comments “We are excited to be part of the growing 61 industry partners and peers within the PCBAA! We are aligned with the Purpose to advocate for U.S. domestic production of printed circuit boards and the materials they are made out of, as well as the protection of the supply chain.”
All Flex Solutions is proud to become part of the PCBAA, and we are excited for the differences and change we’re going to make together.

Global Citizenship: Chinese PCB Fabricators Will Remain an Important Part of the Supply Chain
08/06/2025 | Tom Yang -- Column: Global CitizenshipIn today’s hyperconnected electronics landscape, collaboration is no longer optional; it’s essential. No single country holds a monopoly on innovation, and no one company or country can go it alone. Electronics manufacturing is very much a global business, and this will not change, no matter how the tariffs and global trade winds are blowing. Whether you're a startup founder building your prototype, an aerospace engineer pushing the boundaries of performance, or a supply chain leader managing a complex global network, Chinese PCB fabricators have likely already touched your world.
