KYZEN Aqueous Chemistries & Process Control Featured at SMTA Arizona Expo & Tech Forum

The AQUANOX line of aqueous cleaning chemistries, including AQUANOX A4727 and A4618, from KYZEN are formulated to meet all manner of electronics cleaning challenges removing solder flux residues and their concentrations are effectively controlled by the KYZEN Process Control System.
AQUANOX A4727 is an enhanced, GreenScreen Certified aqueous assembly cleaner that is proven effective in cleaning all solder flux residues including Pb-free and No-Clean formulations. A4727 is compatible with a wide variety of components, coatings, labels, and equipment and meets the cleaning requirements of advanced technologies while producing a stable pH and maintaining superior risibility.
AQUANOX A4618 is a groundbreaking aqueous cleaning chemistry designed to address the challenges of cleaning contemporary lead-free flux residues, including no-clean residues, while achieving immaculate, mirrored solder finishes. It is formulated to effectively clean all flux types and boasts a long tank life and outstanding materials compatibility in addition to high efficacy at lower concentrations and temperatures.
The KYZEN Process Control System controls, monitors, and effectively reacts to the dynamic changes wash bath concentrations. KYZEN PCS is designed to maximize output from inline cleaning systems and remains the only complete concentration monitoring and control system in the world.
