Cirexx Installs UCAMCO Integr8tor Software

Cirexx International has acquired and installed the UCAMCO Integr8tor pre-CAM software. This software package affords the user faster and more accurate information for quoting and front-end engineering. With the Integrator tool, Cirexx is not only able to process more quotes, more quickly, but with a greater degree of confidence in having identified all of the challenging attributes of printed circuit fabrication build.
The Integr8tor is a web-based intelligent workflow system that is seamlessly networked with the company’s quote generation data base, CQD. Cirexx President & CEO Philipp Menges said, “We are seeing quote turn times decrease by over 50% while catching more potential inaccuracies in customer data.”
The software delivers a “cleaner” CAM-ready package to the engineering department that merges directly into the CAM platform for tooling and planning once the order is placed. This frees up CAM time for more ordered parts rather than quotes. The built-in rule-based algorithms automate standard routine tasks while the powerful scripting language automates the custom routine tasks. A simple and intuitive user interfaces makes the system easy to learn and accessible for CAM engineers.
Menges added, “We chose UCAMCO for their reputation in the PCB fabrication software business and the superior service that they provide. This package strengthens our commitment to our customers to provide the highest quality PCB products and services in the shortest time for the greatest value.”
