CTS Corporation will be exhibiting new products and demonstrating several filters at the 2016 IEEE International Microwave Symposium (IMS) scheduled for May 2-27, 2016 in San Francisco’s Moscone Center. Products shown at CTS exhibition booth No. 923 will include bandpass filters and stable VCXOs, TCXOs, and OCXOs, suitable for use in FDD and TDD outdoor wireless infrastructure equipment. Demonstrations will include a compact bandpass filter with low-loss passband from 2496 to 2990 MHz. The filter handles as much as 600 W peak input power with more than 70-dB out-of-band rejection. New high-Q ClearPlex waveguide ceramic filters, based on proprietary technology, will also be on display at booth No. 923.
Crystal oscillators and jitter-attenuating and frequency-translating PLLs on display include VCXOs with less than 50 fs jitter for output frequencies from 100 to 250 MHz and an OCXO with better than 1 ppb peak-to-peak stability and 1-µs holdover time. The low-jitter, low-phase-noise sources are well suited for LTE, SONET, and Ethernet systems.
