May 9, 2017 | American Standard CircuitsEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
American Standard Circuits President and CEO Anaya Vardya announced that his company has acquired the assets of Camtech Technologies of Scottsdale, Arizona, effective May 1, 2017.
Vardya said, “Camtech Technologies is the one of the finest value-added organizations in the country today. We are extremely pleased to have the company, as well as Joseph Nickerson and his team, as part of the ASC family. By combining our capabilities, we will now be able to offer our customers a complete printed circuit board solution ranging from domestic defense and aerospace products to very competitively priced industrial PCBs from a strong team of offshore supplier partners.”
ASC’s Chairman Gordhan Patel said, “At ASC, we feel that it is not only our vision, but also our mission, to provide our customers everything they need to be successful. Because we are an independent company, it allows us to make it as very easy for our customers to work with us to achieve these goals. These are exciting times for PCB fabrication and we are pleased to be taking an active role in the industry.”
Nickerson, the former CEO and founder of Camtech Technologies and now an American Standard Circuits vice president, added, “We at Camtech could not be more excited to join the American Standard Family. We have actually been working with the ASC team for several years as our leading domestic PCB source and now we look forward to combining our capabilities and our sales teams to become one of the strongest and most complete printed circuit board solution providers in North America.”
Camtech Technologies has been in business since 2000. During that time their sales team, with more than 50 years of experience, has established a worldwide network of business partners and associates that has allowed them to develop and foster relationships with both customers and suppliers. They have offered a wide range of products and services from design to production. By joining forces with American Standard Circuits, they will be able to extend their capabilities to the point where there they can offer their customers all PCB solutions they need to be successful.
“The closing of this transaction opens new opportunities for our clients, our people and the Scottsdale, Arizona community in which we work," said Nickerson. "American Standard is unmatched in the marketplace with global resources and reach. We're excited to join American Standard Circuits and look forward to working together with our new colleagues to deliver the ‘American Standard Experience’ to the world.”
