Libra Industries, a privately held electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Bodzenski to program manager. Bodzenski will work out of Libra Industries’ Plant Two, reporting to Roy Starks, director of program management.
Bodzenski joined the Libra Industries team 12 years ago. Prior to his promotion, he held the title of Master Scheduler for the past five years. Bodzenski has excelled with increasing levels of responsibility starting in operations, where he worked in all departments including roles as SMT line operator, programmer and operations supervisor.
“I am very excited to have Ryan on our program management team and look forward to working with him,” stated Starks. “Ryan built his knowledge of electronics and operations in his invaluable role as our master scheduler. Through his planning, vision and coordination, Libra Mentor’s on-time delivery is 96% year-to-date in a difficult component lead time market.”
Bodzenski has an Associate’s Degree in electronics and computer technology from the National Institute of Technology. He has an in-depth knowledge of Libra Industries’ Macola system, Synergy, as well as wire harness, PCBA and box build experience. Bodzenski also has worked closely with the project management department to design custom supply, Kanban, safety stock and consignment programs for Libra Industries’ customers.
Located in Lake County, OH, Plant Two is home to Libra Industries’ system integration operations. The company’s electronic manufacturing, system integration, and box-build operations are shared between four plants—three located in Lake County Ohio and one in Dallas, TX. Each plant is state-of-the-art and offers the latest in climate and electrostatic control to ensure the cleanest, static-free environment for your projects.
Libra Industries continues to invest to provide customized manufacturing solutions to help make its customers more competitive and improve their profitability.
