Celestica Names Interim CFO

TORONTO, ON Paul Nicoletti, senior vice president of finance at Celestica, Inc., will serve as the company's interim chief financial officer, while Celestica interviews for a permanent replacement. Anthony Puppi, executive vice president and CFO, will retire on April 1, 2007, as announced in January.
Celestica is actively investigating a replacement for Puppi, according to representatives, and is considering internal and external candidates. Nicoletti, who has been with Celestica since its inception, formerly held the position of vice president, global finance operations.
