STAMFORD, Conn. — COMET North America has recently promoted Jon Dupree to FEINFOCUS business manager, where he will be responsible for sales and strategic planning for the FEINFOCUS microfocus and nanofocus X-ray inspection systems in the Americas. He is located in the company's newly expanded COMET North America headquarters in Stamford, Conn.
Prior to his promotion, Dupree was a regional sales manager and SMT product specialist for FEINFOCUS, managing the entire line of X-ray inspection systems in the northern U.S. and eastern Canada. Prior to that, he was an independent manufacturers' representative for assembly products.
"We are pleased to announce Jon Dupree's promotion to the management team of COMET North America," says Lance Scott, COMET North America president. "Jon's years of experience in the electronics industry have given him a unique understanding and knowledge of the market, and this will bolster our efforts to become a stronger X-ray partner to our increasingly global customer base."
