Gardien Appoints New VP to Lead Japanese Operations

Quality assurance provider Gardien Group has appointed John Furuya as Vice President and Representative Director of Gardien Japan.
Mr. Furuya who is a US-Japanese national, has spent the last 20 years based in the US working in multiple roles for both US and Japanese corporations. Most recently he was Regional Director and Business Operations Manager Asia/Pacific and US Northwest Region for Mitsumi Electronics.
When asked about the new appointment, Gardien Group CEO Jason Fraser said, “I am thrilled that John has decided to join the Gardien family and head up our Japanese operations. We have been present in the market for over 20 years and the combination of our client base, which includes some of the giants of the Japanese electronics industry and the talent we have within the various Japanese service centers provide a cornerstone for the entire company. I’m confident that John’s wealth of knowledge and experience provide a great fit for our clients and employees.”
