Harris Wins $20M in Orders to Provide Tactical Radios to Middle East and North African Nations

Harris Corporation has been awarded $20 million in orders from the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) to modernize defense force communications for several Middle East and North African Nations. The orders were received under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
Harris will provide Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) vehicular radios, which will deliver real-time mobile command and control of armored assets over secure voice and data communication links. The Harris SINCGARS radio serves as the secure voice communications backbone for ground forces in more than 30 countries.
