Cartel Electronics Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Cirtech

On December 1, 2016 Cartel Electronics, Inc. and its affiliates signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cirtech, Inc.
Located in Orange County California, Cirtech has been in business for more than 50 years. During the course of its long history Cirtech has primarily focused on serving the aerospace and defense market for printed circuit boards, and will continue this endeavor going forward. Cirtech is Mil-certified for the manufacture of flex, rigid-flex and rigid PCBs, and also specializes in RF/Microwave type products. Cirtech is ITAR registered, and AS9100C and NADCAP certified.
Cirtech will continue to operate out of its current 30,000 square foot facility as a separate division of Cartel. Brad Reese, president and CEO of Cirtech, will continue to run the operation in the same capacity, and all Cirtech employees will be retained.
Cartel, also located in Orange County, is a leading supplier of prototype and quick-turn PCB’s for commercial applications across all end markets. Cartel has been in business for over 27 years and is independently owned and operated by PCB industry veterans.

Cirtech will do business as Cirtech, Inc., a Division of Cartel Electronics. The combined entities aim to be the single source provider of PCB manufacturing services, from prototype through production, serving all electronics end markets.
