Primus Technologies Announces Executive Changes

Primus Technologies Corp. has announced that Frank Pellegrino, Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Corporate Secretary, is leaving the company after 23 years of service to pursue other ventures outside of the EMS industry. Steve Stone, president, will assume his responsibilities on an interim basis.
"We wish Frank well in his new endeavors and thank him for his many years of service," said Chris Sullivan, Chairman and CEO of Primus.
Pellegrino added, "Primus is a global leader in electronics manufacturing services, and I am confident in the company's continued success under its current leadership. I'm grateful to have been part of an organization so committed to its people and customers."
In connection with his departure, Pellegrino also sold his Primus shares to the company. All Primus shares are now owned by the Sullivan family, including Jerry Sullivan, Executive Chairman, Chris Sullivan and immediate Sullivan family members.
