American Standard Circuits CEO, Anaya Vardya announced recently that his company has purchased two LENZ RLG 550-2 two spindle routing machines.
The LENZ RLG 550-2 is one of the most efficient and accurate routing systems in the world and was specifically designed for companies who are working with very tight tolerances for depth, periphery and radii. The machine is equipped with a micro-lubrication system to better route metal-backed boards and drill pre-bonded metal back vias. The RLG 550-2 is also equipped with a camera to improve accuracy of cutout and part profile location for both holes and circuitry. An added benefit is that these machines are significantly faster than the current routers in use within the facility and will help to improve production time.
When making the announcement Mr. Vardya commented, “Purchasing these cutting-edge routers represents yet another advancement by American Standard. Our ability to reduce both part tolerance and cycle time further demonstrates our commitment to being the best independent printed circuit fabricator in the country. We know that our customers have a choice and we want to make it easy for them to choose American Standard Circuits.”
