Vision Engineering is doubling the manufacturer’s warranty from 12 months to 24 months for all new Mantis eyepiece-less stereo microscopes.
All systems bought from 1 December 2018 are covered by the new 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The new warranty applies globally.
The Mantis range includes Mantis Compact, Mantis Elite and Mantis Elite-cam.
The original eyepiece-less stereo microscope, Mantis, revolutionized quality inspection when it launched in 1994. It was an ergonomic revolution that went on to win numerous design and innovation awards. In the intervening quarter of a century, Mantis has undergone numerous innovations, in appearance, capability and applicability, maintaining its status as market leader.
Manufactured in Connecticut, Mantis serves the needs of customers globally and has applications in electronics, medical device manufacture, plastics, dental equipment, automotive, aeronautics and life sciences markets.
“We are delighted to announce the extension of our manufacturer’s warranty on Mantis systems. It is a significant declaration of our confidence in the quality of our product and our commitment to remaining at the forefront of inspection technology quality,” said Mark Curtis, managing director of Vision Engineering .
