NovaCentrix Hires MaRC Technologies to Bring PulseForge Soldering Tools to the Pacific Northwest

NovaCentrix, a leading provider of photonic curing tools, conductive inks and the new PulseForge® Soldering high-intensity pulsed-light solution, is pleased to announce the appointment of MaRC Technologies as its manufacturers’ representative. Mike Gunderson and the team at MaRC Technologies will support the company in the Pacific Northwest.
“We are excited to be able to work with the MaRC team as we introduce the new soldering tools to early adopters in the Pacific Northwest,” said Stan Farnsworth, Chief Marketing Officer at NovaCentrix.
MaRC Technologies is a specialized supplier of tools and supplies for the electronics manufacturing and high-tech industry. Mike Gunderson and the team at MaRC Technologies provide sales and service for customers in the Pacific Northwestern states of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Northern California.
Gunderson will place a special focus on bringing NovaCentrix’s newest innovation, PulseForge soldering tools, to market in his territory. “The PulseForge soldering systems will both enable new technologies, and at the same time, allow for a safer and more efficient way of soldering many existing assemblies,” stated Mike Gunderson, President of MaRC Technologies. Having been involved with the soldering process for well over 30 years, this is the most disruptive and creative technology I’ve seen on the market that addresses many of our industry’s soldering requirements and challenges.”
NovaCentrix’ PulseForge® soldering tools enable new types of products in applications like consumer electronics, automotive, and medical wearables. Product innovators and manufacturers can utilize flexible, low-cost substrates and deliver functionality not possible when using conventional ovens and lasers. PulseForge tools reflow off-the-shelf solders including SAC305 in seconds on low-temperature, flexible substrates such as paper and plastic.
NovaCentrix has partnered with customers for 20 years in taking products from inception to full production. PulseForge® photonic curing tools have been adopted world-wide and continue to revolutionize the printed electronics industry. Additionally, NovaCentrix’ Metalon® conductive inks capitalize on advanced materials and formulations to provide conductivity options for additive manufacturing of printed electronics with stretchable, solderable, resistive and magnetic qualities.
