Amphenol Announces Pricing of $750M Senior Notes

Amphenol Corporation announced the pricing of its offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031. The Notes will have an interest rate of 2.200% per annum. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 14, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering of the Notes to repay borrowings under its U.S. commercial paper program.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., MUFG Securities Americas Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC are serving as the joint book-running managers for the offering of the Notes.
The Notes are being offered pursuant to the Company’s effective shelf registration statement on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A prospectus supplement describing the terms of this offering will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
