Peters Relies on Proven Services of 'In Time'
October 14, 2022 | PetersEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
”We congratulate the personnel service agency In Time on its anniversary and look forward to further cooperation. With these words, Ralf Schwartz looks on the 25th anniversary of the Mönchengladbach-based recruitment agency. The CEO of Peters has been working with In Time for many years. This cooperation is a success story for both sides.
“Peters is an innovative company where appreciation of the employees comes first," remarks Ulrike Gewehr. The experienced recruiter founded her agency in 1997 in the Lower Rhine region. Since then, In Time has grown dynamically, counting more than 100 employees today. With Kevin Kreuzberg, the second generation has taken over the management. "We seized the opportunity of our anniversary celebrations of October 2nd to communicate this," says Ulrike Gewehr. Ralf Schwartz is pleased with the seamless transition. "What we appreciate about In Time is that recruitment is never a fast process, but that they always make sure that it will fit," emphasises the Peters CEO. Coupled with a good judgement and knowledge of human nature, this security is an advantage that Peters is happy to have in times of skilled workers shortage and complicated framework conditions.
In recruiting, Peters relies on the competence of the personnel service agency. This way, a few dozen In Time employees have not only found a customised career start in the family-run company over the last 15 years, but have also become part of the permanent staff in the long term. Today, it is impossible to imagine the 130-strong team at Hooghe Weg in Kempen without them.
"We always see to that the cooperation can result in perspectives for both sides and that the chances of being taken over are accordingly high," says Kevin Kreuzberg, who was given this philosophy by his mother and has internalised it. In a turbulent labour market situation, this conveys reliability that Peters wants to benefit from in the future. "The challenges have not become fewer, just to mention Covid-19, skyrocketing inflation, supply bottlenecks, a war in Europe and energy shortage," says Ralf Schwartz. This makes it all the more important to have a recruitment agency at one's side that is having an eye for the staff requirements of a medium-sized and family-run chemical company.
Recruiting staff is of major importance as Peters has to assert itself on an international basis, enjoying an excellent reputation worldwide as the only full-range supplier of coating materials for electronics. Ralf Schwartz: "Our values are absolutely the same. That is why we will continue to inspire, shoulder to shoulder with In Time, the labour market’s best of best.”
