Howard Goff New President of NCAB North America
December 8, 2023 | NCAB GroupEstimated reading time: 1 minute

Howard Goff, currently VP Sales for NCAB Group and earlier President of the Europe segment, has been appointed President of NCAB North America.
NCAB has been present in the US since 2012 and over the years has grown through a series of acquisitions to become a significant player in this important region. Our market share is still considerably lower than in the Nordic and Europe segments, and thus continued strong growth in America is a priority for the group.
We are therefore happy to announce that we are strengthening our team in North America. With Howard´s transition, we will inject long-term experience from the NCAB model and will leverage his network within NCAB to accelerate growth in the US.
“I am delighted to take on the role of President NCAB Group, North America. I have spent more than 30 years within the PCB industry, 13 of these, working for NCAB Group in various roles, starting with the greenfield start-up of NCAB in the UK in 2010. We have a strong and dedicated team in the US, serving our customers from 6 different locations. Adding value, being present, and supporting our customers with all of the USPs NCAB is known for will become my way of working for the coming years,” says Howard Goff.
Robert Balson, currently President of NCAB North America, has decided to explore opportunities outside NCAB. Howard will step into his new role during December 2023.
