Zentech Appoints Charles Freeman as Zentech Dallas GM

Zentech Dallas’ VP/General Manager. Mr. Freeman will be responsible for leading the Dallas team in a collaborative environment to continuously improve site performance in predictability, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction. He will also serve as a key business partner to the Zentech Senior Leadership Team.
Charles brings 30 years of experience in the electronics industry and has served in a variety of roles during his career (electronics technician, production, manufacturing, process and test engineering, and site leadership). Most recently, Charles was the Director of Engineering and General Manager at Creation Technologies. Mr. Freeman has also held leadership positions at Plexus Corp and Manufacturers’ Service Limited.
Charles is a U.S. Navy Veteran and earned a BA in Business Administration from North Park University and is about to complete his MBA from University of IL.
Zentech COO Tim Facklam said, “We are very excited to have Charles join Zentech Manufacturing to lead our Dallas operations. Charles started his career in the US Navy and gained deep expertise with RF testing and related technologies. His subsequent 30 years of experience in electronics manufacturing and engineering includes defense and medical product experience and he has crossed paths with the Zentech leadership team over his career. Zentech Appoints Mike Buseman as President & CEO

Mr. Buseman’s official start date will be Monday, April 10, 2023, at which time he will succeed Zentech’s current President and CEO, Steve Pudles, who will remain with the company as an advisor and board member. Upon joining the company, Buseman will also join Zentech’s Board of Directors.
