Marian Kasan has not only demonstrated excellence within the company but has also extended his passion for football to the younger generation in Vavrecka village. Serving as a mentor and coach, Kasan plays a pivotal role in nurturing the talents of these enthusiastic kids, imparting not just the skills of the game but also fostering values of teamwork, discipline, and dedication.
Recognizing the importance of supporting the local community and empowering young talents, Incap Slovakia has decided to contribute to the cause. As a part of their sponsorship, Incap Slovakia provides customised uniforms to the young football players and also to their coach – Marian.
