Northrop Grumman, Terma Formalize Agreement for Collaboration on Advanced Technologies

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) and Terma, Denmark’s largest aerospace, defense and security company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for continued cooperation on key capabilities including the F-35 Lightning II, uncrewed aerial systems, electronic warfare, radar systems and missile defense. The agreement supports Northrop Grumman’s longstanding commitment to Denmark, NATO and the security of the United States and its allies.
- Northrop Grumman has previously worked alongside Danish industry, serving as a principal partner with Terma on the F-35 program with its development, production, modernization and sustainment across the globe.
- As part of the MOU, the companies commit to engage frequently for further collaboration opportunities.
- The agreement also includes plans to help educate Danish small-to-medium enterprises seeking to join the global supply chains of U.S. defense primes.
