In her previous role as Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, Kelly led efforts to establish a positive brand image, instilling trust in customers and ensuring outstanding experiences that have encouraged long-term loyalty.
In her new role as Vice President, Customer Experience, Kelly will continue to champion AIM’s customer-first philosophy, ensuring that every aspect of the customer journey is seamless, efficient, and deeply responsive to their needs.
