TESOLLO, a Korea-based specialist in robotic grippers, has launched its latest innovation, the Delto Gripper-5 Finger (DG-5F), further solidifying its competitive edge in the robotics market.
Set to go on sale in March, the DG-5F has already garnered significant attention at major exhibitions, including RoboWorld 2024, Korea’s largest robotics expo, and CES 2025, held this past January in the United States.
DG-5F boasts 20 degrees of freedom (DoF), with each of its five fingers independently operating with four joints, allowing for an exceptional level of dexterity, closely mimicking the human hand.
Measuring approximately 20㎝ in length comparable to an average adult male hand this ultra-lightweight 1.4㎏ robotic hand delivers an impressive gripping force of up to 7㎏.
A TESOLLO representative stated “The DG-5F is designed with a Direct Drive Type mechanism, simplifying robotic kinematics while minimizing backlash, ensuring high precision. Even users with basic robotics knowledge can easily operate this system.”
This new robotic hand is particularly noteworthy for its ability to fully automate industrial processes, setting a new standard for robotic end-effectors.
TESOLLO is dedicated to developing robotic end-effectors capable of replacing manual operations, and the Delto Gripper series embodies this mission. DG-5F, in particular, represents the pinnacle of TESOLLO’s engineering expertise in humanoid robotic hands.
One of the DG-5F’s standout features is its built-in gripping algorithm, which enables it to handle objects of various shapes and materials seamlessly. It also supports industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP), making it highly practical and efficient for industrial applications.
Moreover, the DG-5F is 20–45% more cost-competitive than similar products on the market, attracting strong global interest.
