This prestigious award recognizes exceptional women leaders who are making significant contributions within the manufacturing industry.
Since being named NEMTC site leader in 2017, Mager has transformed the site into a world-class manufacturing and R&D facility that addresses customer needs in the electronics, flat panel displays, and telecommunications industries. Through her commitment to safe operations and sustainable practices, Mager has achieved significant progress in safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement – results that have led to the site receiving multiple consecutive American Chemistry Council Facility Safety Awards.
Beyond her professional achievements, Mager takes an active role in her community, advocating for STEM education and supporting local families through the Marlborough Community Cupboard. She is passionate about the importance of mentorship and women’s advancement in the workplace, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive manufacturing industry and empowering the next generation of female talent. Additionally, as a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of Greater Boston, she engages in programs that promote financial literacy, entrepreneurial thinking, and career readiness, inspiring interest in careers in the electronics industry and beyond.
“I’m incredibly honored to receive this recognition,” said Mager. “I believe in the power of collaboration and inclusivity, and I’m proud to contribute to a culture that empowers women to thrive in their careers.”
Mager’s recognition as a Women MAKE Award Honoree reflects her steadfast dedication to operational excellence and commitment to creating opportunities for future generations in manufacturing. This closely aligns with the purpose of the awards, which is to provide a platform for women nationwide to showcase the diverse careers available in the manufacturing industry, whether they are leading organizations, testing and scaling up groundbreaking products, enabling a reliable supply chain, or running daily operations.
Mager will join 100 Honorees and 30 Emerging Leaders in person at the Women MAKE Awards Gala in Washington D.C. on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
