Creative Electron Strengthens Leadership Team with Strategic Appointments in Marketing and SMT Business Unit

Creative Electron, the largest U.S. manufacturer of X-ray inspection systems for the electronics industry, is proud to announce the addition of two seasoned leaders to its executive team: Wagner Lima as Marketing Director and Giancarlo De La Garza as SMT Business Unit Director.
These appointments mark a strategic move to support Creative Electron’s continued growth in surface mount technology (SMT), semiconductor inspection, and manufacturing solutions.
Wagner Lima, an accomplished global marketing strategist, brings a wealth of experience in brand development, digital transformation, and customer engagement. With a career spanning technology and manufacturing sectors, Wagner will lead Creative Electron’s marketing initiatives, driving awareness, demand generation, and thought leadership across key verticals.
Giancarlo De La Garza joins as SMT Business Unit Director, overseeing the company’s expanding line of solutions tailored for surface mount and electronics manufacturing. With deep expertise in technical sales leadership, operations, and customer success, Giancarlo will spearhead product direction, strategic partnerships, and customer delivery for the SMT sector.
