Delta Thailand, Yarra Power Partner to Expand Product and Solutions Business in Thailand

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Yarra Power Co., Ltd., a provider of clean energy distribution and installation services, to broaden product, service, and system integration offerings in the Thai market.
The joint collaboration aims to capture new business opportunities and support the growing demand for efficient, reliable, and advanced technologies in Thailand. Through this partnership, Delta will work closely with Yarra Power to deliver a broader range of solutions covering energy infrastructure and ICT infrastructure products. The MoU includes an optional automatic renewal for an additional two years.
Representatives from both companies signed the strategic MoU at the Delta Thailand head office. Mr. Siripong Sirisajjawat, Yarra Power’s CEO, signed on behalf of Yarra Power, and Ms. Atitaya Surapunthu, Delta Thailand’s Country Manager, signed on behalf of Delta Thailand.
“The new partnership with Yarra Power marks an important step in expanding our products and solutions portfolio in Thailand. Together, we aim to deliver greater value and competitiveness to customers with our advanced and proven offerings,” said Ms. Atitaya Surapunthu, Country Manager, Delta Thailand.

This collaboration enables us to deliver tangible results for the Thai market,” said Mr. Siripong Sirisajjawat, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Yarra Power Co., Ltd.
This partnership reinforces the commitment of both companies to advance and deploy innovative, clean, and energy efficient solutions that contribute to Thailand’s sustainable development and evolving market needs.
