It is designed to build a sustainable talent pipeline while helping veterans identify how the values, skills, and experience they developed through military service can contribute to successful careers in high-technology manufacturing.
Edge4Vets helps veterans, active-duty service members, members of the National Guard, and military spouses prepare for civilian careers. Through workshops, online learning, mentoring, and employer connections, the organization teaches participants how to recognize and communicate the tangible and intangible strengths they gained through military experience. Edge4Vets then connects participants with partner companies offering employment opportunities that can lead to meaningful, long-term careers.
This mission aligns closely with Remtec’s need for talented people capable of succeeding in a precision-driven, technically demanding environment.
