Qualitel Corporation is pleased to announce the acquisition of Fusion EMS, an electronics manufacturing services provider based in Hillsboro, Oregon. Fusion EMS will continue operating from its existing Hillsboro facility with its current team in place. Our priority is to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to customers and suppliers. Existing customer programs, supplier relationships, and day-to-day operations in Hillsboro will continue without interruption.
The addition of Fusion EMS expands Qualitel's manufacturing capabilities and strengthens our presence in the Pacific Northwest. Together with our existing operations in Everett, Washington, and Mexicali, Mexico, the Hillsboro facility provides additional capacity and flexibility to support our customers.
