KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally responsible cleaning chemistries, formally announces the retirement of Cesar Gazcon and addition of Rolando Partida in the role of Regional Manager for Central Mexico.
Gazcon retires after more than 20 years of experience in precision cleaning in the electronics and metalworking industries with the last 12 years as part of KYZEN’s sales efforts in Mexico. In his time as Regional Manager for Central Mexico, Gazcon excelled in serving KYZEN customers in both the electronics and metal finishing industries as he provided technical support and assisted them in developing comprehensive cleaning solutions. He has also remained an active member of the SMTA since 2001, including serving on the sponsorship committee for the SMTA Querétaro chapter.
On Gazcon’s retirement, Luis Fernando Gazcon, KYZEN’s Sales Leader – Latin America said, “Throughout 12 years of dedication, commitment, and contributions to KYZEN, Cesar leaves behind much more than professional results, he leaves his mark on the industry and has created a legacy that will be difficult to forget. We sincerely thank Cesar for sharing his experience and knowledge, his hard work, professionalism, and willingness to always support our KYZEN team.”
In his retirement, Gazcon will spend more time with his wife and three children in his home city of Guadalajara while also learning new culinary skills, reading, taking walks, swimming, and learning to play the guitar.
“My time at KYZEN has been a wonderful, long journey,” said Gazcon of his years with KYZEN, “I enjoyed working with clients, had fun, learned more than ever before, and cherished the company of amazing colleagues—all while KYZEN treated me like family.”
With Gazcon’s retirement, KYZEN announces the corresponding addition of Rolando Partida in the role of Regional Manager for the Central Mexico territory. Partida brings with him more than 25 years of experience and expertise in the electronics manufacturing industry, spending the last seven years as regional sales manager with SMarTsol Technologies.
“Joining KYZEN is a very important step in my career and in my professional and personal development,” said Partida on his hire by KYZEN, “I am very excited about this new opportunity and look forward to contributing to KYZEN’s growth and strengthening our relationships with customers throughout Mexico.”
As KYZEN continues to expand its presence and capabilities in Mexico, Partida will be crucial in developing the Central Mexico territory and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy across both the Electronics and Industrial markets.
On the addition of Partida, Luis Fernando Gazcon said, “We are very excited to have Rolando joining the KYZEN team. His unique combination of manufacturing experience, technical knowledge, sales expertise, and understanding of the Mexican electronics industry will be a tremendous asset to our organization.
