Chemcut Corporation, the US based manufacturers of Wet Process Equipment, has awarded an exclusive agency agreement to Teltec Semiconductor Pacific Limited based in Hong Kong to represent Chemcut in the Semiconductor market in Greater China. Chemcut has been serving for the semiconductor industry in the areas of:
- Wafer Processing: Cu, Titanium /Tungsten (Ti/W) and other Metals Etching
- Dry Film Developing and Stripping;
- Back Etching for Lead Frames (QFN), BGAs and etc.
- Lead Frames and IC Substrates Processing.
Teltec Semiconductor Pacific Limited, a technical Sales and Service organization serving the Semiconductor and Optoelectronics Industry in the Asia Pacific region, was founded in 1985 in Hong Kong.
