Creative Materials Announces New Thermally Conductive Interface Material

Noelle Industries, a division of Creative Materials, Inc, has introduced 804-24, a one-component thermally conductive thermal grease that has excellent heat dissipation properties, low sag and no bleeding.
The 804-24 is designed to dissipate heat away from sensitive electronic components including semi-conductors and temperature sensing devices.
This product is white in color with a silicone-based filler system and has excellent aging characteristics at temperatures up to 200°C. This product has a volume resistivity of 2.0 x 1015 ohm/cm, dielectric strength of 450 volts/mil and thermal conductivity of 8.2 W/m*K.
The Noelle Industries division develops specialty-formulated epoxies, urethanes, silicones and UV-curable acrylic materials that are widely used in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly and other OEM markets.
