NEO Tech to Exhibit at MD&M Minneapolis 2016
August 19, 2016 | NEO TechEstimated reading time: 2 minutes

NEO Tech will highlight its medical design service solutions, as well as medical device repair and refurbishment, and miniaturization services for implantable medical electronics in booth 2445 at the 2016 MD&M Minneapolis Exhibition, scheduled to take place September 21-22 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
From complete medical product design, microelectronics for various implantable applications to full box-level medical device manufacturing and fulfillment, NEO Tech is focused on designing and building products that improve the patient experience. NEO Tech creates solutions optimized for each medical device OEM’s unique needs and requirements. Its unmatched combination of processes, systems, people and tools maximize customers’ product quality, business flexibility and market competitiveness. NEO Tech’s medical customers rely on the company to manage the complexities associated with the design, commercialization, production and end-of-life management inherent to the product lifecycle of medical products. NEO Tech delivers its customers with the maximum flexibility to run their business profitably and to compete with more agility, while meeting the quality and regulatory challenges of the medical business.
NEO Tech also offers repair and refurbishment services for a broad range of medical devices. This service provides customers with cost savings as well as significant time savings and accuracy benefits. At the show NEO Tech’s experts will explain how the repair and refurb service provides improved efficiency, the ability to flexibly manage high-mix depot repair cost-effectively, service traceability, product refresh and more.
The medical market continues to push the pace with advanced implantable technology such as neurostimulation, implantable RF transceivers, cochlear implants, etc. To succeed miniaturization of the electronics is the key, and NEO Tech will discuss its capabilities during MDM Minneapolis. All implanted devices must be very small and very reliable. NEO Tech has the miniaturization design skills that bridge the gap between the OEM’s product design teams and the capability to build microelectronics with concurrent engineering process that enhances future production efficiencies:
- Design – Miniaturization circuit layout – direct die attach, wire bonding, SMT and more.
- Interactive DFM/DFT
- Layout and package design
- Electrical, mechanical, and thermal analysis
- Development of electrical, functional and environmental tests
