It takes a very unique individual who can grasp the interdependence, putting quality systems, SPC and checks in at each stage of manufacturing in order to improve our overall quality results and delivery performance. I am very excited to say we have found that individual in Ed. He will continue to be active in the Minnesota chapter of ASQ, as well as increasing PCi’s participation in IPC standards and conferences.
