Seacole Hires Account Manager Dedicated to PCB Market

Seacole Specialty Chemical is excited to announce the hiring of Walt Forgacs as a printed circuit board account manager. Forgacs’ mission will be to strengthen and grow Seacole’s printed circuit board segment of the business. Seacole provides Tier II chemistry that meets the standards of capability, quality, and reliability that are essential to the industry. Forgacs has a long history in the PCB industry which will allow him to offer in-depth technical knowledge to current and prospective customers.
With over 30 years of experience in printed circuit boards, Walt has held several key positions in the industry. Prior to joining Seacole, he was the global R&D engineer of Circuit Board Technologies for Rohm and Haas Company in Hong Kong. There he lead the development of Asia-Specific Circuit Board chemistries. Furthermore, Walt helped to formulate one of the first epoxy, inner-layer bonding chemistries for Asia. Additionally, he managed teams in process development and trouble-shooting efforts throughout Asia to solve critical problems of key accounts during his time in Hong Kong.
Walt is passionate about the technology and complexity associated with circuit boards. His involvement in both the Asian and North American PCB markets has given him a unique skillset that drives his success. According to Walt, “If you enjoy what you do, it can be contagious”. Walt is motivated by overcoming challenges and continuously seeks improvement. Seacole is eager to intensify their efforts in the market and grateful to have Walt on board.
