Compunetics and Circuits, LLC Announce Acquisition

Compunetics, Inc. is pleased to announce it has concluded an agreement with Circuits, LLC to acquire the assets of Circuits, LLC. Circuits, LLC is a flexible printed circuit board manufacturer located in Murrysville, Pennsylvania.
Compunetics has positioned itself as a manufacturer and supplier of rigid, flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards for the defense, aerospace, communication, high speed computing, medical and semiconductor markets. This agreement will extend its PCB design and manufacturing capabilities and expand the range of its product offerings.
The scale of flexible circuit board manufacturing of Circuits, LLC will complement the printed circuit board expertise of Compunetics and will broaden the potential growth of the company as a whole.
