Elmatica’s Customer Service Team Welcomes Laura Scapin

Elmatica is proud to announce that due to significant growth in sales, they are expanding their capacity by adding a new employee to the customer service team.
“With increasing business in a growing market, a knowledgeable customer service department, which can handle the expected and unexpected, is of vital importance to us. A significant growth in sales in 2017 and partners who require closer cooperation has resulted in a demand for highly experienced and multilingual customer service personnel. We are proud to announce that Laura Scapin will join our dedicated team,” says Vidar Olsen, chief procurement officer at Elmatica.
Scapin has comprehensive experience from customer service positions in international companies. She is Swiss/Italian, and speaks fluently in italian, english and german.
“This is a great opportunity for me. I am so pleased to join an international company where I can utilize my trilingualism and experience, to further strengthen Elmatica´s international presence. I look forward to learning the unique characteristics of the printed circuit industry, and to get to know all my new colleagues,” says Scapin.
