BATM Systems SRL Names Nicolae Mihoc as PCB Plant Manager

SCL PCB Solutions Group announced the appointment of Nicolae Mihoc as its new Plant Manager at the BATM Systems SRL production facility in Craiova, Romania. He will have primary responsibility of overseeing the operations of the 25,000 square foot ISO 9001:2015 accredited mid to high-volume PCB manufacturing facility which opened in Summer 2017. Thanks to its location BATM Systems SRL successfully competes with Far Eastern PCB suppliers by offering customers short lead-times, competitive pricing, consistent and reliable quality and a fully controlled supply chain from a world-class PCB manufacturer.
Mihoc brings nearly 20 years of focused operations and manufacturing experience with an in-depth understanding of organisational processes, lean manufacturing and operational excellence. He joins BATM Systems from ELJ Automotive, a Tier 1 Automotive plastic injection moulding supplier, where, as Continuous Improvement Director, he successfully turned around operational processes to a "Lean Factory", streamlined processes and maximized business results. Mihoc started his impressive career at MGM NAPPA, a private Greenfield start-up company, and went on to work for Azur and Schaeffler Group-INA Schaeffler before joining Prinzhorn Group-Dunapack Packaging in 2009 as Plant Operations Director.
Mihoc graduated from Lisbon University Institute, Business Academy, ISCTE with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Venture Creation. He also holds a MBA from the British Academy of Business & Communication and a Masters degree from the Polytechnic Institute Traian Vuia Timisoara Faculty of Mechanics.
