Arlon EMD Achieves IPC’s Qualified Product Listing Certification

Arlon Electronic Materials, a specialty materials supplier based in Southern California, received IPC-4101 Qualified Products Listing Certification for all polyimide specification sheets.
Arlon is the only US laminator to have achieved IPC’s QPL certification for all three slash sheets and is listed as an IPC-4101 trusted source capable of manufacturing in accordance with industry best practices for polyimide-based specification sheets 40, 41 and 42.
John Wright, Quality Manager at Arlon, stated, “As a supplier of materials that are the foundation of mission critical electronics for the military and aerospace industries, Arlon has embraced the concept of the IPC Validation Service and the creation of a Qualified Products List. IPC’s validation of the integrity and conformance of our polyimide products to each of the three IPC-4101E slash sheets assures designers and fabricators that Arlon’s materials will consistently meet or exceed their requirements.”
