Ibiden Posts 108% Net Profit Growth in 1Q FY2021

Japanese printed circuit board (PCB) firm Ibiden Co. Ltd has reported net sales of JPY 92.34 billion ($838.28 million at $1=JPY110.15) for its first quarter ended June 30, 2021, up by 42.4% compared with the same period in the previous fiscal year.
Operating profit reached JPY 15,722 million ($142.74 million), up by 140.5% year-on-year, while net profit was JPY 9,565 million ($86.8 million), an increase of 108% compared with Q1 FY 2020.
