JAVAD EMS Recruits Arturo Castillo as Business Development Manager

JAVAD EMS (JEMS), a leading global EMS company that provides low to medium volume, high-mix applications for PCB assembly through to system integration and test, is pleased to announce its new Business Development Manager, Arturo Castillo. Castillo joins JEMS with more than 20 years’ experience in operations/engineering management and customer support.
Castillo has a track record in customer needs assessment and client relations, contract negotiation and operational excellence. He has a wealth of experience from respected companies including Jabil, Ford Motor Company and Magna International.
Gary Walker, VP JEMS states, “We are really happy to have Arturo join our team. We believe that we provide complex and technical solutions to our customers that encompass everything from the front-end supply chain through to direct order fulfillment of their products to them. His in-depth and hands-on knowledge of all functional areas within an EMS environment will significantly help in our efforts to promote and find new customers and markets for our services and deliver these solutions to them.”
As part of the JAVAD leadership team, Castillo will provide direction to the existing internal-operations teams to facilitate continuous improvements to the company’s processes and in order to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. He will coordinate all activities related to sales management, including retention and growth of the existing business as well as new business development.
Castillo earned his B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Ford Motor Company.
