SEMI Showcases New Conductor™ Intelligence Platform for Enhanced Global Supply Chain Collaboration
September 10, 2025 | SEMIEstimated reading time: 2 minutes
SEMI, the industry association serving the global semiconductor and electronics design and manufacturing supply chain, announced its new ConductorTM intelligence platform for enhanced supply chain management at SEMICON Taiwan. The platform was developed as part of the SEMI Supply Chain Management (SCM) initiative, in partnership with the initiative’s Industry Advisory Council members and partners including Infineon, McKinsey & Co., TechInsights, TSMC, and system end-user representatives, and is now open to first users. Signup for early access to the platform is now available.
Engineered by Beebolt, an AI-led global trade collaboration company and strategic partner of the SEMI SCM initiative, the proprietary Conductor tool uses real-time data to provide operational agility for a comprehensive view of global supply chain dynamics. The dashboard enables users to strengthen supplier capabilities to quickly respond to common disruptions and increase the resiliency of their operations. Beebolt and SEMI will exhibit at booth I2109 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center from September 10-12, 2025.
“SEMI Supply Chain Management initiative members and partners have explored multiple paths to strengthen supply chain resiliency and help the industry minimize disruptions caused by everything from geopolitical tensions to talent and skills shortages,” said Bettina Weiss, Chief of Staff and Corporate Strategy at SEMI.
“A key theme of our efforts has been on increasing supply chain visibility and knowledge sharing, while also examining how to harness the power of AI for time and efficiency gains. We developed the Conductor platform specifically with these themes in mind, bringing real-time data and analysis from across the global semiconductor and electronics value chain to our member companies and their suppliers and customers.”
BeeboltConductor provides visibility and agility by defining a series of metrics that can capture market dynamics. The insights aim to actively reduce risk of judgment gaps and improve transparency across the supply chain ecosystem.
Users can gain access to interactive KPIs, topic-based navigation, AI-powered news, and community learning with data and insights from a variety of expert sources. The tool’s resources keep teams informed on the latest supply chain shifts, analyses, regulations and more.
“The semiconductor industry plays an essential role in advancing countless sectors and forging stronger, more equitable ecosystems around the world,” said Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Beebolt, Talal Abu-Issa. “But increasing regulations, geopolitical tensions, climate disruptions and other challenges mean suppliers and manufacturers face a revolving door of obstacles.
“With Conductor, users can access aggregated data, industry analyses, and expert insights to navigate these complexities – optimizing their own systems, and strengthening entire supply chains. We’re thrilled to partner with SEMI and other members of the IAC to bring Conductor to market, and revolutionize how the industry collaborates.”
The SEMI SCM IAC, a SEMI member-led council working group which helps identify industry challenges and solutions, gained access to Conductor during its Minimum Viable Product stage in June 2025. Feedback contributed by pilot users helped inform the platform’s continued performance improvement and enhancements.
A demonstration of Conductor took place on September 9 at the SEMICON Taiwan Market and Industry Trend Forum. An estimated 100,000 people will attend SEMICON Taiwan, including key business and technology leaders, researchers, and industry analysts from across the microelectronics supply chain. The event marks one of the largest conferences in the semiconductor industry each year.
