Nordson Acquires German Distributor GLT mbH

Nordson Corporation has acquired German distributor GLT mbH based in Pforzheim, Germany. Revenues of GLT were not disclosed.GLT employs a total of 41 people and has been a distributor of the company's Nordson EFD brand dispensing systems and related products in Germany since 1977.
"We have enjoyed a strong partnership with GLT for 32 years," said Nordson Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Edward P. Campbell. "We have mutually agreed that this transaction is the next step in the continued growth of our business in Germany and the greater European region."
