SMTAI Returns to Orlando, Moves to August in '08

ORLANDO, Fla. SMTA International (SMTAI) Conference and Show will return to Orlando for its second year, at Disney's Coronado Springs Hotel, August 17-21, 2008.
The 2008 show adds a newly expanded exhibit floor featuring equipment, materials, and services focused on the electronics assembly industry. This larger space will allow several companies wait-listed for the 2007 exhibition to secure a spot.
Watch for an upcoming official Call for Papers next month, wherein the SMTA seeks 300- word abstracts by December 14, 2007. Proposals will also be solicited from individuals interested in teaching educational courses related to SMT, advanced packaging, and electronics manufacturing. Courses will be full- or half-day events. More information on the show will be available next month at .
