P.D. Circuits Continues China Development
July 27, 2007 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
HAMPSTEAD, N.H. P.D. Circuits, Inc., completed the first phase of its China printed wiring board (PWB) supply-chain management group development. It will begin "Phase 2" with recruitment and training.
In the program's first year, P.D. Circuits hired a manager; registered the company; established a Shenzhen, China, office; and set up an initial bare-board inspection facility in China. Two employees have become IPC-600G-certified and initiated training and inspection visits to the company's manufacturing partners.
P.D. Circuits added an operations manager, a process engineer, and quality control (QC) inspectors. The company is in the process of training the China group's staff on its proprietary command-and-control software systems.
