Online Support Offers Real-time Answers

NASHVILLE A suite of online service support options from Kyzen Corporation gives users access to live support, which connects them instantly to a service advisor.
The "Live Support Option" icon will appear on Kyzen's website in green if online support is available; it will state "Offline" if no support is available. Visitors can click on the icon to choose from the technical support department or the customer service department.
The feature is said to give customers and visitors to the website (www.kyzen.com) real-time support to questions or problems. The "Live Help" button also connects users to a customer service agent, who can check on orders, shipping documents, and other service-related queries. A technical expert will be available online, Monday-Friday, during business hours.
