BOSTON, Mass. — Concord, Calif.-based Digitaltest is exhibiting their latest advanced manufacturing solutions at the NEPCON East exhibition, currently being held May 4-5 in Boston, Mass., at booth #3043. Along with these solutions, Digitaltest offers a worldwide field service, parts service, applications support and training network.
Products currently on display include:
The MTS500 CONDOR flying prober test system, which is designed to provide a comprehensive prototype and production test platform, features rapid program development, high throughput and large PCB handling ability (up to 24 x 28"). Additional features include four identical flying test probes, over 1000 fixed pins and a SMEMA-compatible conveyor. Its test heads feature virtually maintenance-free X-Y positioning by riding on a frictionless air cushion.
The MTS180 EAGLE low-cost tester incorporates an integrated pneumatic fixture and full in-circuit and functional test capability. Bus communication functions include CAN, I2C, RS232 and RS485. Memory programming and boundary-scan capabilities are also available.
Introduced in 1985, C-LINK reportedly was the first product to link CAD, test, repair and production in a single platform. In 1989, C-LINK was re-introduced as a stand-alone product supporting other tester manufacturers. Today, the C-LINK family is comprised of several products, each focused on a specific area in the production process.
