Solectron Completes Divestiture of Call Center Business

Milpitas, Calif. — Solectron Corp. has completed the sale of its Stream International call center business to the parent company of ECE Holdings Inc., a leading global provider of outsourced technical support and customer service and funded by H.I.G. Capital.
Stream and ECE provide technical support and customer service to high-technology companies and their customers. Terms of the transaction, which is part of Solectron's previously announced plan to sell certain assets that are not central to the company's future strategy, were not disclosed.
